To restore water service which has been locked-off by the District for any reason, the property owner or the owner’s authorized agent must request that the meter lock be removed and service to the property restored and all delinquent charges and fees for prior service must be paid in full. Please note that it may take up to three business days for water to be restored. If you are returning to the property after an extended absence, please contact our billing department by email or phone (425-787-0220) prior to your return, so that water is available to you when you need it. A $25 unlock meter fee will apply.
